As Chairman of the Special Events committee for PrimeLife Enrichment, Linda synthesized a dinner/dance/auction special event into structured staff and volunteer job descriptions – greatly improving efficiency, eliminating duplication and increasing productivity. She created detailed Standard Operating Procedures that have ensured continuity and effectiveness despite personnel changes.

Linda works well with diverse personalities and temperaments, leading gently, but firmly while honoring individual needs and preferences. We have not been so effectively organized since the event began in 1996!
